Project creation request

In the Openshift/OKD ecosystem, Projects are the logical construct that allows for resource isolation. Each one is associated to a regular Kubernetes Namespace. One specific user only has access to a set of Projects on a cluster. This is what is colloquialy called "your own projects".

On the WoK platform clusters, regular users are not allow to self provision their own projects.

To request a project, you must contact either:

• The CC-IN2P3 user support, via the support portal
• A Wok platform admin on #wok (CC-IN2P3 personnel only)

Warning

As of now, project creation request is not open to the general IN2P3 personnel population.

Request information to be provided

To request a project, attach the following to your request:

* Project name: `A human readable project name` (eg. "My Project")
* Project slug: `A machine parsable project name` (eg. "my-project")
* Project status: `Whether the project is for testing, developpement or production use.` (ie. one of `Test`, `Dev`, `Prod`)
* Project owner: `A person and organization responsible for the project contents and use.` (eg. )
